His Excellency Dr. Sultan bin Saif Al Neyadi, Minister of State for Youth Affairs, is leading a new phase of youth-focused initiatives with forward-looking strategies aimed at strengthening youth empowerment and ensuring support across various fields, in an effort to meet the sustainable development needs of future generations. 

H.E. Al Neyadi is a prominent Emirati astronaut under the UAE Astronaut Programme and holds the distinction of completing the longest space mission in Arab history – a six-month stay aboard the International Space Station. During this mission, he conducted advanced experiments in space biology research and became the first Arab to undertake a spacewalk.

Director of the Federal Youth Authority

Khalid Mohammed Al Nuaimi serves as the Director of the Federal Youth Authority. With over a decade of experience in government communications, youth empowerment, and education, he leads governmental efforts to achieving the objectives of the National Youth Agenda 2031, overseeing the implementation of its key directives through innovative youth programmes, initiatives, and projects organised by the Authority. 

Al Nuaimi is a graduate of the UAE Government Leaders Programme and the Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Scholars Programme at New York University Abu Dhabi. He has held various positions at the Higher Colleges of Technology, including Director of Communications and Senior Manager of Outreach and Engagement. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Dubai and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Higher Colleges of Technology.
