The Federal Youth Authority (FYA), in collaboration with the National Service and Reserve Authority and Khawla bint Al Azwar Military School, is organising the seventh edition of the Fakhr Women initiative, scheduled to take place in November 2025.
The initiative offers young Emirati women the opportunity to experience military life in a training field for one day, with an aim to enhance their leadership skills and mould their national awareness. It also allows participants to interact with a real military environment, which helps them develop their abilities in teamwork, leadership, and decision-making in challenging situations that demand discipline.
The seventh edition of the initiative targets Emirati women citizens aged between 18 and 35. Participants will be able to acquire new skills in a practical training environment, thereby enhancing their active contribution to society.
More than 490 young women have participated in the previous editions of the initiative since its launch in 2022, where they were able to hone their leadership skills, enhance their ability to engage in effective cooperation, and gain practical and field experiences to strengthen their role in the nation-building process.
The Federal Youth Authority invites all young Emirati women to register for the seventh edition of the Fakhr Women initiative and seize this ideal opportunity to acquire advanced practical and intellectual expertise that will support their future aspirations.
