In collaboration with the Ministry of Finance, Central Bank of the UAE, and Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), the Federal Youth Authority (FYA) celebrated the graduation of 35 young participants from the Youth Financial Advisors Programme in a special ceremony at the Etihad Museum in Dubai, attended by government leaders and decision-makers from the finance and youth sectors.
Graduating from the programme qualified successful participants to be certified as Financial Influencers, with 26 of the graduates obtaining Certified Financial Literacy Trainer certificates.
A distinguished group of 15 national partners contributed to the successful implementation of the programme, providing complementary support that bridged theoretical learning with real-world experience. Partners were grouped under three main categories, starting with Strategic Partners, namely the Ministry of Finance, Central Bank of the UAE, and SCA.
Meanwhile, joining as Programme Partners were the Ministry of Economy and Tourism, Sanadak financial and insurance ombudsman unit, Dubai Financial Market, RAKBANK, Mubadala Investment Company, and Ernst & Young (EY). And lastly, the Knowledge Partners category included Mastercard, Visa, First Abu Dhabi Bank, Rothschild & Co., TikTok, Dubai Future District Fund, and LEAP.
These partners delivered specialised educational content led by their experts, organising field visits, events, leadership dialogues, and focused training workshops.
Empowerment opportunities
The Youth Financial Advisors Programme offered the Sanadak Grant for Financial Content Creators, where two graduates were selected to serve as Financial Influence Ambassadors at Sanadak, in addition to acting as inspiring young role models making an impact and promoting financial culture and awareness in the community. The grant includes professional production tools, such as advanced filming equipment and a fully equipped studio, enabling recipients to produce high-quality digital content, strengthen their digital presence, and build sustainable platforms in the financial content creator economy.
The graduation ceremony marks the completion of an intensive training programme, where participants invested a total of more than 203 hours across 18 workshops, 19 expert-led panel discussions, and four field visits to banks, financial institutions, and investment companies, in addition to 12 practical training workshops. Notably, this includes nine hours dedicated to the Youth Financial Hackathon.
The Youth Financial Advisors Programme – part of the Emirates Youth Professional School initiative – is one of the flagship programmes launched under the National Youth Agenda 2031. It represents an advanced model of institutional integration among national entities, geared towards training young talents for promising career pathways in the financial sector.
The programme enables graduates to earn accredited professional certificates, including a Certificate of Completion from the Federal Youth Authority, a Certified Financial Literacy Trainer certificate from the Central Bank of the UAE, and a certified Financial Influencer permit from the Securities and Commodities Authority. These qualifications open broad professional prospects for graduates in the fields of training, consultancy, and financial literacy.
