In collaboration with the Federal Youth Authority (FYA), and as part of the Youth Financial Advisors Programme, the Ministry of Finance has launched the Financial Leaders initiative, designed to offer an integrated practical experience in the government financial system to a select group of Emirati youth, enabling them to hone their skills and advance their knowledge.
The initiative strives to train and empower a highly qualified generation to take on influential leadership roles in the public finance sector.
The launch forms part of the Federal Youth Authority’s efforts to implement the Youth Financial Advisors Programme, which was also launched in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance, as well as the Central Bank of the UAE and the Securities and Commodities Authority.
